RETURN POLICY

Thanks for choosing Fullhammer Teamwear.

At Fullhammer Teamwear we pride ourselves in providing our customers with the best solutions, high quality products and performance fabrics.

We go through extensive customer sign-off procedures to ensure design, colour and logos are all correct before going into production.

You are also responsible for providing correctly spelt names and numbers at time of order.

Any errors in artwork, product type, spelling or quantity that have been approved and supplied by you will not be refunded.

If you receive a delivery that differs from your pre-production file, name/number list or purchase order, please return the full order within 30 days from delivery so that we can assess and provide the best solution.

If an item simply does not fit or you change your mind, Fullhammer Teamwear unfortunately will not replace or refund your product.

We will not refund or replace on damaged items caused by incorrect use, not following care instructions, or activities unsuitable for the garment.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your claim after inspecting the item.
